Digital Gift Card - FAQ

What is a Digital Gift Card?
A Digital Gift Card is a gift voucher that we print inside a Physical* or eCard. This has a monetary value that can be redeemed and spent with the chosen brand.

How to send a Digital Gift Card?

1. Pick their card. Find the perfect design and select the size / format option.
2. Personalize your card and add your message.
3. Add a Gift Card. Choose from our range of great providers.
4. Preview & Send. Add your recipients Name and Email address
    

Does a Digital Gift Card expire?
You or your recipient will have 12 months from purchase to activate the Digital Gift Card, once activated the expiration date is dependent on the Brand’s specific gift. The expiry date of a Gift Card is set by the retailer. Each retailer determine how long the card is active for. You can check the length of validity in the Product Details page of each individual Digital Gift Card.
 

How will my Digital Gift Card be Delivered?
This depends on the type of Card you have chosen;

• Digital Gift Cards that are applied inside our e-Card range and are sent to your recipient's email address immediately or at 9am on your chosen day.
   
• Digital Gift Cards that are applied inside a physical Card are dispatched via the relevant Postage Method & delivered to your recipients letterbox within a few days.

Can I exchange my Gift Card? 
No - Once purchased we cannot exchange the balance from one brand to another. 


Can I change the currency of the Gift Card? 
Digital Gift Cards are available across our UK & US stores. We cannot change the currency of a Gift Card. We recommend purchasing a Digital Gift card based on the country your recipient will spend their balance.


Where can I use the Gift Card?
Most Digital Gift Cards offer Online redemption. However some brands will also offer in store redemption. To check the method of redemption please check the Product Details page of the applicable Gift Card.


What values do Digital Gift Cards come in?
The Value of a Gift Card is pre-set at specific values. This value cannot be changed. The value of a gift card is displayed when selecting a brand.
 

My discount code isn't applying in the basket? 
All discount codes, credit & Plus subscriptions are not redeemable against Digital Gift Cards.

*Digital Gift Cards via a physical card format is only available for USA customers. All applicable stores offer a eCard format only.
