We have a few different ways that we make contact with you, so take a look below and you should find instructions on how to customise or change your preferences.
Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from 'Service' emails such as but not limited to;
Welcome Emails, Order Confirmation and Dispatch Emails.
Delete Event Reminders
Once logged into your account, Navigate to 'My Account' and then 'My Reminders' where you will be able to locate the reminder you wish to delete by selecting the three dots to the right, this will enable you to ‘Edit’ or 'Delete' the selected reminder.
Unsubscribe from All Marketing
You can unsubscribe from all marketing from a link in the footer of any marketing email received from us. Or via 'My Account' and navigating to 'Account Details'.
Unsubscribe from Father's Day Marketing
If you would like to unsubscribe from Father's Day marketing emails, you will find an ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of our emails, once selected can unsubscribe from just from Father's Day emails.
Turn Off Push Notifications
If you are using the Moonpig App, you can turn off all push notifications by navigating to 'Account' and then 'Communication Preferences' where you can toggle on or off. Additionally, you may be able to control this directly in your phone's setting
